We are now going there for the 6th year. International insurance is important, as you have to pay the money in advance. Otherwise everything runs automatically and super well.

Right at the beginning of our 10-day vacation, my girlfriend had to deal with a severe case of tonsillitis. We did some googling and came across Europa-Policlinica here. We went there the very next morning. We went straight there without an appointment and my girlfriend was helped immediately. All the ladies at the clinic are super friendly and the doctor's assistant speaks great German. Therefore, communication was no problem at all. I was plagued by lumbago during the winter. Directly opposite the bungalow, next to the Cita, is the Europa-Poliklinik. I went there first thing in the morning and told the doctor about my symptoms. As she didn't speak German, the doctor's assistant translated - it was absolutely fine. Brief examination of the affected area, blood pressure taken, a Sprite and an infusion immediately. That was absolutely amazing. That same evening it was much better, I could walk almost pain-free. After another two days, I felt nothing at all. The treatment was absolutely perfect in my eyes.

My boyfriend had a severe sinus infection, which is why we had to see a doctor here. We were told right before we registered that it was a private clinic. As we were here on a Saturday, we had to pay a little more, but that was perfectly okay for us because the service and helpfulness were great! (We will get the money back if we have health insurance abroad) He was given a full examination and a thorough diagnosis, after which he was given antibiotics. We are really happy to have been here.
